Mandy has worked for large organisations including KPMG and Sony UK Ltd, as well as reputable psychology consultancies, recruitment and selection firms and a psychometric test publisher. With a Masters in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, and a degree in Psychology from the Open University, Mandy originally qualified as a Human Resource professional and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. Working mainly with senior appointments with extensive experience across both the public and private sectors, Mandy has over 25 years’ experience utilising psychometric tools and instilling confidence in clients’ selection and development decisions.

Born in Buckinghamshire, most recently she lived and worked in London for 10 years, then 6 years in Bristol, before moving to the beautiful Mendip Hills in Somerset with her husband.

With South West England as a base, the Psychonnaissance team have delivered professional expertise and management to projects in the UK and beyond. After many years selecting and building key relationships, Mandy has a bank of trusted occupational psychologists and HR practitioners to implement expert support to clients. Seasoned experts in recruitment, selection, and development, the team at Psychonnaissance endeavour to promote the core values set out by Mandy in the inception of Psychonnaissance.
